This newly completed apartment is comprised of double bedroom and twin bedroom, full bathroom, open plan lounge/diner and American kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, extractor, fridge and washing machine. All crockery and utensils are provided. The lounge has airconditioning/heating, ceiling fan, sofa bed and is connected to UK satellite TV. The master bedroom is airconditioned and both bedrooms have ceiling fans. The good sized balcony is equipped with patio table and chairs for al fresco dining. The apartment has views to the mountains. Underground car parking is available. Electricity is payable in the apartment by means of a euro coin meter accepting one and two euro coins. The rental price in the summer season has been reduced by 100 euros per week to allow for this.

The apartment is centrally situated with a large supermarket across the road for all your daily requirements &#;40;some English brands available&#;41;. The Avd Mediterraneo is opposite the apartment with it´s large array of shops, Spanish bars and restaurants. A 5 minute walk along the Avenida will bring you to the large wide beaches of Roquetas with sunbeds and parasols for hire, water sports, hotels and palm lined promenade. A short walk in one direction will take you to the larger urbanisation with an abundance of bars and restaurants &#;40;a selection of English bars here&#;41; and large Playa hotels. A walk in the other direction will take you to the large marina again with a beautiful beach and many Spanish tapas bars.

The local bus stops opposite the apartment which takes you to the Gran Plaza Shopping Centre with hypermarket, shops, bars, restaurants &#;40;including the inevitable McDonalds!!&#;41;, bowling alley and cinema complex. Mario Water Park is also close to this &#;40;open high season only&#;41; and a new Roller Skating rink and dance centre. For those Golfers this apartment is a short distance from Playa Serena Golf Course and a 15 minute drive from La Envia Golf course.
